Cooking crumbly rice is easy, you just need to stop following outdated recommendations.
One of these recommendations is to follow the 1:2 ratio.
How to cook crumbly rice
First, take long-grain or parboiled rice, it turns out more crumbly.
Rinse the rice thoroughly in a colander, leave for five minutes to completely drain the water.
For one glass of rice, take three glasses of water, so the rice will not stick together.
After the water boils, add salt and reduce heat. Do not cover with a lid, stir occasionally.
Cook for about 15 minutes until al dente, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water.
