1. Separate the whites from the yolks and add a pinch of salt to the whites, then beat everything thoroughly.
2. Without stopping, add sugar and continue beating until a fluffy foam forms.
3. Add coconut flakes to the protein foam, mix and spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
When ready, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
