How to make a salad with eggs and garlic?

List of necessary ingredients

– about three hundred grams of any salad (you can mix it);
– two hundred grams of small tomatoes;
– about 150 grams of cottage cheese;
– a couple of eggs;
– three tablespoons of unrefined oil (any);
– a tablespoon of lemon juice;
– two cloves of garlic;
– a tablespoon of sesame seeds;
– salt and pepper, if desired.

How to prepare this dish

The salad is pre-washed, dried and torn by hand. Nobody cuts the salad with a knife. Place in a salad bowl. Next, add the halves of the small tomatoes.

Cut the eggs and add to the salad.

Mix the butter with chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, achieve a uniform consistency. Put in the cream cheese cubes.

Pour the dressing over and add a spoonful of sesame seeds on top.
