Roses will bloom profusely until the frost if you add certain fertilizers in July..
We tell you what kind of fertilizers roses need in mid-summer.
What to feed roses in July
Immediately after summer pruning, roses need to be fed with organic or mineral fertilizers with a high nitrogen content.
About a week later, feed with magnesium sulfate, it promotes the growth of basal shoots.
After 7-10 days, it is recommended to feed the roses with complex mineral fertilizer (for roses, flower, marked ‘summer’).
The richer the composition, the better, but nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus must be present.
