How to cook Moroccan-style meatballs: what’s special about them

You will need:

  • minced meat (lamb) – 250-300 gr.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • potatoes – 1 pc.
  • salt and black pepper to taste.
  • vegetable oil for frying.
  • fresh greens (parsley).
  • flour – 1/4 cup.
  • How to cook

    1.The potatoes need to be peeled and boiled until tender, then grated and mixed with minced meat.

    2.Peel and finely chop the onion, add it to the minced meat.

    3.Chop the greens and add to the preparation along with the beaten egg.

    4.Form the minced meat into balls, flatten it a little for convenience, bread it in flour and you»re ready to cook.

    5.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.Bon appetit!
