  • Butter – 100-150 gr.
  • How to cook

    1. In a bowl, mix flour and semolina, add regular and vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt and stir.

    2. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and grate them on a coarse grater.

    3. Line the baking dish with parchment and lay out the mixture of dry ingredients, then some apples and repeat the layers so that the last layer is the dry mixture.

    4. Then grate the butter, spread it over the surface of the pie and put the dish in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

    Remove the pie from the dish after it has cooled. Enjoy your meal!
