Combining buckwheat with some products can harm your health..
Toxicologist Professor Mikhail Kutushov warned about this in his Telegram channel.
What you can’t eat buckwheat with
As the doctor explained, buckwheat is a blood-thickening product.
If you are prone to thrombosis, it is forbidden to combine buckwheat with fatty meat, canned food, smoked meats, and alcohol.
All of the above also applies to blood-thickening products. Also on this list are bananas, potatoes and sugar.
To prevent thrombosis, Kutyshov recommended giving up sweets, drinking enough water (at least 30 milliliters of water per kilogram of weight per day) and eating foods with anticoagulants: citrus fruits, berries, pomegranate, beets, garlic, onions, ginger, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, aloe juice.
The doctor emphasized that nutrition should be balanced in all respects.
Blood becomes thicker with a lack of proteins and amino acids, the specialist noted.
Therefore, according to Kutushov, the diet must include eggs, dairy products, lean meats and sea fish.
