What to cook from zucchini for the winter: an original snack and side dish for meat dishes

You will need:

  • zucchini – 3 kg.
  • salt – 2 tbsp. l.
  • black pepper to taste.
  • sugar – 6 tbsp. l.
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • parsley and dill – 1 bunch each.
  • vinegar (9%) – 1 tbsp. l.
  • garlic to taste.
  • How to cook

    1. Cut the zucchini into semicircular slices 1 cm thick.

    2. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, sugar and pour vegetable oil and vinegar.

    3. Then you need to chop the herbs and garlic and sprinkle this mixture on the workpiece.

    4. Mix the vegetables and leave to marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.

    5. Put into clean jars, put them in a pan with water and sterilize in hot water for 5 minutes each.

    Roll up, turn over and, after they cool, put away for storage in a dark and cool place. Enjoy your meal!
