How to make a French omelette with zucchini
Take one small zucchini. If its skin is too tough, cut it off in advance.
Grate the fruit and put the resulting mass in a bowl.
Break two eggs into the same container, add salt and pepper to taste and pour in a little flour (one tablespoon is enough).
Mix the mass thoroughly, pour it into a preheated frying pan, in which a piece of vegetable oil was melted in advance, and cover the dish with a lid.
