1. Pour 2. 5 liters of water into a saucepan and set the meat to boil.
2. Chop the onion and carrot and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
3. Next, add the diced tomatoes to the pan.
4. When the meat is ready, add whole peeled potatoes (2 pcs) and cabbage. It is believed that sauerkraut is used for the classic recipe.
Cut the remaining potatoes into cubes and add to the pan 20 minutes after adding the cabbage.
