A new recipe is gaining popularity. The idea is to beat the product with an egg. Those who have tried it say: tastier than simply fried zucchini.
This recipe was shared by Yulia Arkhipova, a culinary expert for the online publication «BelNovosti».
According to her, you will need two young zucchini, which need to be cut into cubes.
Next, place these cubes in a suitable bowl, where we add eggs (break them into it).
Using a blender, beat the contents of the bowl until it resembles porridge.
Then add a teaspoon of salt and half the same spoon of pepper. Squeeze out three cloves of garlic.
Stir it all together, then add a finely chopped bunch of dill to the same bowl and stir again.
Then add 140 grams of flour. Stir. Now add two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Using a ladle or spoon, form pancakes, fry over medium heat until golden brown.
