1.Bulgarian and hot peppers need to be peeled and passed through a meat grinder along with garlic and herbs.

3.Place tomatoes tightly on top and fill with brine.
4.To prepare it, add salt and sugar to one liter of water and bring to a boil.
5.Cover the jars with lids and place them in the pan to sterilize for 10 minutes.
When ready, add vinegar and roll up the lids.Turn over and after cooling, remove the workpieces for storage.
