1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator to melt, then mix with the eggs until smooth.
2. Add vegetable oil to the finished mixture and whisk everything.
3. Add sugar – regular and vanilla, baking powder and whisk until everything dissolves.
4. Then add flour, mix the dough until smooth and pour it into molds 2/3 of the volume.
Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
When ready, you can sprinkle the pastries with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
