How to cook chicken according to a Thai recipe?

List of ingredients

– 700 grams of chicken fillet;
– 200 ml coconut milk;
– a spoon of salt and two spoons of sugar;
– five cloves of garlic;
– spices (half a small spoon of curry, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, black pepper and coriander, half a large spoon of lemongrass);
– oil for frying (ideally, you should use coconut oil).

Cooking method

It is worth noting that according to this recipe, the chicken should be divided into slices, and skewers should be used for frying. First, prepare the marinade. Put all the specified spices, chopped garlic, sugar, salt and coconut milk into a blender bowl. It is this special marinade that will give the chicken an unusual flavor.

If you like spicy cuisine, then add more chili powder and ginger. Leave the chicken in the marinade for an hour and a half.

Then start frying in coconut oil.
