So, let’s move on to the list of ingredients. You will need:

  • 3-3. 5 kg of tomatoes.
  • 400-500 g horseradish.
  • 3 pcs. hot pepper.
  • 3 heads of garlic (large).
  • 3-4 tablespoons of salt.
  • For better storage of the preparation, experienced housewives advise adding one crushed aspirin tablet per three-liter jar.

    First of all, prepare the vegetables: wash and peel the horseradish, garlic and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into several pieces so that they can easily pass through a meat grinder or blender.

    After this, it is worth turning all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass (remember how to do this – using a meat grinder or blender).

    Stir the mixture and add salt – start with three tablespoons, then taste and, if necessary, add more.

    Important: you should taste it only with a clean spoon, otherwise it will spoil very quickly, and no aspirin will help.
