List of ingredients
– a pack of cottage cheese (200 grams);
– half a bell pepper;
– a pinch of chili powder;
– a couple of sprigs of dill, parsley, basil;
– a clove of garlic and salt.
Cooking process
If there is excess moisture, it is necessary to let it drain so that the spread is not watery. The pepper should be chopped with a knife, as well as the garlic and herbs.
Put the specified ingredients into a blender.
Add salt and chili powder. You can add other spices if you wish, but the spread will be aromatic anyway thanks to the greens.
