The taste of squash caviar is familiar to everyone since childhood. This simple snack has become popular among the broadest sections of the population.

1. Cut the peeled onion into cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil, then add the grated carrots.
2. Peel and seed the zucchini, cut into medium cubes, cut the tomatoes as convenient and put the vegetables to stew over low heat.
3. After the vegetables have stewed, add chopped garlic, salt and sugar, simmer for another 5 minutes, remove from heat, and when cool, mince or use a blender.
4. Bring to a boil, add vinegar and pour into sterilized jars. Enjoy your meal!
