How to make real homemade lemonade?
List of ingredients
– half a kilogram of lemons;
– about a glass of sugar;
– clean drinking water and sparkling water;
– a few sprigs of purple basil and peppermint.
Cooking method
Lemons should be washed very thoroughly, and then used to make zest. It is mixed with half a glass of sugar.
Next, lemons need to be peeled and seeded, chopped and put into a blender. Bring to a homogeneous state. Then add the zest with some sugar and mix again.
You need to keep the resulting mass in the refrigerator for several hours. Next, you need to take a glass of clean or sparkling water for one spoon of the prepared puree, add sugar, and use the greens for decoration when serving.
