    2. Peel the garlic, but do not chop it.

    3. Prepare the marinade: add vinegar, salt, sugar, peppercorns to the water, bring to a boil, but do not boil.

    4. Put garlic, 1 teaspoon of mustard, asparagus sprouts into the jars and pour in the marinade.

    5. Put the jars in a saucepan with hot water and sterilize the preparation for 10-15 minutes.

    Close the lids, leave upside down, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature until completely cool.

    Store in a dark and cool place.
