How to squeeze a lot of juice out of a lemon

Put the lemon in a saucepan, pour water into the container.

There should be just enough liquid to completely cover the citrus fruit.

Remove the lemon, place the container with water on the stove, turn on the burner.

When the liquid is well heated (the temperature should be about 50 degrees), put the lemon in it.

After exactly 120 seconds, remove the fruit and wait until it is no longer very hot.

Roll the warm lemon on the table, cut the citrus fruit lengthwise and begin squeezing the juice into some deep container. Use a fork, not a spoon!

You will get 3 times more juice than usual. Firstly, the high temperature will «force» the lemon to «give up» a lot of liquid. Secondly, the softness of the peel will contribute to the abundance of juice. Thirdly, a large cut will also allow you to squeeze out a lot of the drink.
