How to cook crispy eggplants

Take one eggplant and cut it into circles.

The thickness of each ring should be about 5 millimeters.

Put the resulting pieces in a deep container, salt them and fill them with water.

The eggplant pieces should lie in the salted liquid for about 20 minutes. This procedure is necessary to remove the bitterness.

While the circles are soaking, prepare the raw eggs and breadcrumbs.

Break two eggs into one container, and pour 100 grams of breadcrumbs, 50 grams of grated cheese and 1 teaspoon of turmeric into another.

Dip all the prepared eggplant pieces in a raw egg and roll them in breadcrumbs. In this form, the rings should be fried in a frying pan until golden brown.
