Zucchini pancakes are just the kind of dish that requires a minimum of ingredients and effort and at the same time gives a maximum of taste.
The recipe was shared by chef Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti.
For this, you will need the following products (the amount is indicated for one small zucchini):
If possible (and desired), you can add dill, which should be finely chopped beforehand.
To prepare zucchini pancakes, peel the vegetable and grate the pulp on a grater with large holes.
Mix the resulting mass with grated cheese, flour and chopped garlic. Don’t forget about salt and spices.
Now you can start frying – cook the pancakes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, bringing them to a golden brown crust on each side.
For serving, use sour cream sauce made from sour cream, fresh herbs, garlic and spices.
