How to cook
1. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into halves and put on a baking sheet. Place the tomato halves here, as well as the peeled garlic cloves.
2. Sprinkle with oil and bake the vegetables in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
3. Chop the vegetables with a blender along with the basil leaves.
4. Add boiled water to the vegetable puree, salt and spices to taste, sauce, mix and serve.
If desired, sprinkle with nuts, croutons and basil leaves and serve. Enjoy your meal!
