  • How to cook

    1. Fry the onion over medium heat in butter until soft and translucent.

    2. Separate the broccoli into florets, chop if necessary, add to the pan, then chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

    3. After 3-4 minutes, add flour, stir and after 1 minute pour in milk and cream cheese.

    4. When the cheese has dissolved, turn off the heat, boil the pasta, but not until fully cooked. Drain the water, transfer the pasta to the pan with the sauce, add 1/4 cup of water and simmer over medium heat until done.

    Add grated cheese to taste, stir and, when the sauce thickens, serve. Enjoy!
