What to cook with potatoes: unusual and delicious Scottish cuisine

    2. Then add flour mixed with baking powder and butter, knead the dough.

    3. Divide the dough into two equal parts and form balls.

    4. Form each part into a flat round cake up to 5 mm thick, cut into 4 parts, make holes on all sides and fry over medium heat in a preheated frying pan with butter.

    Fry the cakes on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Serve with creamy sauce and herbs, jam or even fish.
