  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • basil (fresh green) – 8 gr.
  • salt to taste.
  • How to cook

    1. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into cubes.

    2. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Peel the cucumber and cut into small slices.

    3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

    4. Grind the berries and vegetables in a blender until puree, then add lemon juice and oil, salt and a little ground red pepper to taste.

    Put it in the refrigerator and, after it cools down, serve the gazpacho with strawberries, garnished with basil leaves. Bon appetit!
