Our magazine expert Yulia Arkhipova, a cook, fourth-category baker, told how to cook.

You will need:

  • potatoes (young) – 360 gr.
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • cream (15%) – 25 gr.
  • cheese – 50 gr.
  • butter – 5 gr.
  • fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  • How to cook

    1. You need to boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender and mash them.

    2. Then beat in the egg, add the cream and beat the mixture with a mixer.

    3. Chop the greens, add to the puree along with the spices and mix.

    4. Grease the baking dish with butter and spread the puree in an even layer.

    5. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

    A few minutes before readiness, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Enjoy!
