    3. When ready, pour in broth or water and bring to a boil, then cook the vegetables until done.

    4. Chop the cheese, herbs and garlic and add them to the pan a couple of minutes before done, add salt and spices, then bring to a boil and remove from heat.

    5. Chop the ingredients with a blender, bring the soup to a boil again and serve with croutons, garnished with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
