1. Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the pits.
2. Grease the baking dish with oil and place the apricots in it with the inner cavity facing up.
3. Cut or grate the cheese and stuff the apricot halves with it.
4. Pour honey over the cheese and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake until done in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
