For what reasons did the cutlets turn out dry?
Viscous meat
Some housewives believe that for preparing cutlets you can take the cheapest meat with a lot of sinew. The logic is simple: you just need to grind the meat as finely as possible using a meat grinder.
However, with such a main component, the cutlets will never be juicy.
Diet meat without additives
Many people like to take dietary meats as a base, caring about their health. However, such cutlets almost always turn out dry.
Therefore, a third of the total volume should be fatty meats. If you don’t want to combine, then you need to add a piece of grated (previously frozen) butter.
The product can be replaced with lard.
