Divide this base into several servings.The number of the latter should correspond to the number of yolks.
Take a baking sheet, place parchment paper greased with vegetable oil on it and «build» a «nest» from each portion of protein.
Next, make a small hole in each «cloud» and place the yolk into it.Salt the «nests».You can use additional ingredients (for example, cheese or sesame seeds).
