Zucchini with chicken fillet

Ingredients:

1.Fillet – 300 g.
2.Zucchini.
3.Bell pepper – 1 pc.
4. 50 g tomato paste.
5. 1 hourl.dried basil.
6.Pepper and salt to taste.

Work progress:

Wash the chicken fillet, wipe dry and cut into small pieces.Zucchini – thin slices, pepper – strips.

Fry chicken fillet.Add zucchini and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add tomato paste and seasonings and simmer for another couple of minutes.Then add separately fried peppers.

Zucchini jam

Very tasty jam with lemon flavor.

Ingredients:

1.Cut 1 kg of peeled and seeded zucchini into cubes.
2. 1 kg sugar.
3. 2 lemons.

Work progress:

Add sugar to the chopped zucchini and leave overnight.

Add peeled lemons.Cook until done.

Vegetable caviar

Ingredients:

A couple of young zucchini, an onion, a carrot, two tomatoes, medium-sized beets, garlic, sugar and salt to taste, seasoning and half a tablespoon of vinegar.

Work progress:

Chop all the vegetables and fry them one by one: first the onion, then everything else except the tomatoes.

After the vegetables are fried, add the peeled tomatoes, cut into small pieces, seasonings and reduce the heat.

Simmer the vegetables for 15 minutes. Then put them in a blender and bring to the desired consistency. That’s it, the caviar is ready.
